제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 TOKYO 23(이하 "본 사이트")가 제공하는 정보 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리·의무를 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 성격)

본 사이트는 도쿄 23구의 장소 정보와 현지 관습을 무료로 제공하는 정보 제공 서비스입니다. 예약 중개, 상품 판매, 결제 대행 등 어떠한 거래도 취급하지 않습니다. 본 사이트에 소개된 업소와 운영자 사이에는 제휴·위탁 등 어떠한 계약 관계도 없습니다.

제3조 (정보의 정확성과 면책)

1. 게재된 상호, 주소, 영업시간, 휴무일, 가격, 메뉴 등은 작성 시점을 기준으로 한 참고 정보이며 정확성·최신성·완전성을 보증하지 않습니다.
2. "실존 확인" 표시가 없는 항목은 개별 검증이 끝나지 않은 편집 정보이며, 정확한 번지 대신 구 단위까지만 표기합니다.
3. '현지인만 아는 정보'로 소개하는 관습과 규칙은 일본어 자료를 근거로 정리한 것이나, 가게마다 운영 방침이 다르고 시간이 지나며 바뀔 수 있습니다. 실제 현장에서는 해당 가게의 안내와 직원의 지시를 우선해 주세요.
4. 게재된 사진은 Wikimedia Commons의 CC 라이선스·퍼블릭 도메인 이미지이며, 그 장소를 촬영한 것인지 지역·주제의 참고 사진인지를 사진마다 구분해 표시합니다.
5. 이용자가 본 사이트의 정보에 의존해 행동한 결과 발생한 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제4조 (저작권)

1. 본 사이트의 텍스트, 편집 구성, 디자인, 코드에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다.
2. 스팟 사진의 저작권은 각 촬영자에게 있으며, 해당 CC 라이선스 조건에 따라 이용합니다. 사진마다 촬영자·라이선스·원본 링크를 표기합니다.
3. 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 목적의 열람과 인용 범위를 넘어, 운영자의 사전 동의 없이 콘텐츠를 복제·배포·전송·2차 가공할 수 없습니다.
4. 상호, 로고 등 제3자의 상표권은 각 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.

제5조 (외부 링크)

본 사이트는 구글 지도, 업소 공식 사이트 등 외부 사이트로의 링크를 포함합니다. 링크된 사이트의 내용과 운영에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제6조 (금지 행위)

• 자동화 도구를 이용한 대량 수집(스크래핑) 및 서버에 과도한 부하를 주는 행위
• 콘텐츠의 무단 복제·재배포·상업적 이용
• 허위 정보를 반복 제보해 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 본 사이트에 소개된 업소나 그 이용객에게 피해를 주는 행위
• 기타 법령에 위반되는 행위

제7조 (게재 정보의 정정·삭제)

게재된 업소의 관계자 또는 제3자가 정정이나 삭제를 요청할 경우, 문의 페이지를 통해 접수해 주시면 확인 후 신속히 대응합니다.

제8조 (서비스 변경·중단)

운영자는 사전 고지 없이 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 이로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제9조 (약관 변경)

본 약관은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 본 페이지에 게시한 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.

第2条（サービスの性格）

当サイトは、東京23区の場所の情報と現地の慣習を無料で提供する情報サービスです。予約の仲介、商品の販売、決済の代行など、いかなる取引も取り扱いません。当サイトで紹介する店舗と運営者の間に、提携・委託などの契約関係は一切ありません。

第3条（情報の正確性と免責）

1. 掲載する店名、住所、営業時間、定休日、価格、メニュー等は作成時点を基準とした参考情報であり、正確性・最新性・完全性を保証するものではありません。
2. 「実在確認」の表示がない項目は個別の確認が終わっていない編集情報であり、正確な番地に代えて区までの表記としています。
3. 「地元の人だけが知る情報」として紹介する慣習や作法は日本語の資料に基づいて整理したものですが、店ごとに方針が異なり、時間とともに変わることがあります。実際の現場では、その店の案内とスタッフの指示を優先してください。
4. 掲載している写真はWikimedia CommonsのCCライセンス・パブリックドメイン画像であり、その場所を撮影したものか、地域・テーマの参考写真かを写真ごとに区別して表示しています。
5. 利用者が当サイトの情報に依拠して行動した結果生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

第4条（著作権）

1. 当サイトのテキスト、編集構成、デザイン、コードに関する権利は運営者に帰属します。
2. スポット写真の著作権は各撮影者に帰属し、当該CCライセンスの条件に従って利用しています。写真ごとに撮影者・ライセンス・元ページのリンクを表示しています。
3. 利用者は、私的・非商業目的の閲覧および引用の範囲を超えて、運営者の事前の同意なくコンテンツを複製・配布・送信・二次加工することはできません。
4. 店名、ロゴ等の第三者の商標権は各権利者に帰属します。

第5条（外部リンク）

当サイトはGoogleマップや店舗の公式サイト等、外部サイトへのリンクを含みます。リンク先の内容と運営について、運営者は責任を負いません。

第6条（禁止事項）

• 自動化ツールによる大量取得（スクレイピング）およびサーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為
• コンテンツの無断複製・再配布・商業利用
• 虚偽の情報を繰り返し通報し、運営を妨害する行為
• 当サイトで紹介する店舗やその利用客に迷惑を及ぼす行為
• その他、法令に違反する行為

第7条（掲載情報の訂正・削除）

掲載店舗の関係者または第三者から訂正・削除のご要望がある場合は、お問い合わせよりご連絡ください。確認のうえ速やかに対応します。

第8条（サービスの変更・中断）

運営者は事前の告知なくサービス内容を変更し、または提供を中断することがあり、これによる損害について責任を負いません。

第9条（規約の変更）

本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあり、変更後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点から効力を生じます。

第10条（準拠法）

本規約の解釈と適用は、日本法を準拠法とします。

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the information service provided by TOKYO 23 ("this site"), and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

2. Nature of the service

This site is a free information service covering places in Tokyo's 23 wards and local customs. It handles no transactions of any kind — no bookings, no sales, no payment processing. There is no partnership, commission or other contractual relationship between the operator and any venue featured here.

3. Accuracy and disclaimer

1. Names, addresses, opening hours, closing days, prices and menus are reference information as at the time of writing. No warranty is given as to accuracy, currency or completeness.
2. Entries without a "Verified" mark have not been individually checked; for these the address is given to ward level rather than a street number.
3. The customs and rules presented as local knowledge are compiled from Japanese-language sources, but practice differs from shop to shop and changes over time. On the ground, follow the venue's own signage and its staff.
4. Photographs are CC-licensed or public-domain images from Wikimedia Commons, each marked as either a photograph of the place itself or a reference photograph of the area or theme.
5. The operator accepts no liability for loss arising from action taken in reliance on information on this site.

4. Copyright

1. Rights in the text, editorial structure, design and code of this site belong to the operator.
2. Copyright in spot photographs rests with the individual photographers; they are used under the terms of their CC licences, with photographer, licence and a link to the original shown for each.
3. Beyond private, non-commercial viewing and fair quotation, content may not be copied, distributed, transmitted or adapted without the operator's prior consent.
4. Trade names, logos and other third-party marks remain with their respective owners.

5. External links

This site links to external sites including Google Maps and venues' own pages. The operator is not responsible for their content or operation.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Bulk extraction by automated means (scraping), or placing excessive load on the server
• Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of content
• Repeatedly submitting false reports so as to obstruct operation
• Acting so as to cause nuisance to featured venues or their customers
• Any other conduct contrary to law

7. Correction and removal

If you are connected with a featured venue, or a third party seeking correction or removal, please write via the contact page. We will act promptly once the matter is confirmed.

8. Changes to and suspension of the service

The operator may change or suspend the service without prior notice and accepts no liability for loss arising from doing so.

9. Amendment of these terms

These terms may be amended as required. Amended terms take effect when posted on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Japan.
